I graduated from Wayne State University in 1988 with a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. I also completed a MSA in Health Administration from Central Michigan University in 1999. I worked as a clinical OTR for over 30 years. In 2011, I took a year-long course with the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and became a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. I began coaching and took the boards and passed in July 2022 and so I am a Board Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, NBC-HWC. I have a love of learning and I am excited to share my knowledge and work experience to students. My passion is the help people live the vision of their best life and help people make positive, and lasting behvior changes to make that vision a reality!
