Business, finance, and accounting have been a passion of mine for some years now. I first had the idea of becoming an accountant when I was introduced to accounting by my mother who was a bookkeeper. She inspired me to look deeper into the field and that was where my interest in finance and Accounting was first rooted.

I have been in the accounting profession since 1998 and this is where I discovered my love for numbers. I started teaching accounting in 2009 for a high school dual enrollment program and have been teaching since. I am passionate about accounting and the success of our future students and their goals.

I have a love for mathematics. As an educator, I strive to ensure that my students learn to the best of their abilities and beyond. I hold a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a Mathematics Specialization as well as a Master's Degree in Accounting & Financial Management.

I think that academics is a journey with the final destination being a degree. With any journey there can be bumps, detours, delays and even breakdowns that require assistance and help. My goal is provide help and assistance with a student's academic career as a tutor.
