I am very happy with our experience so far with 51Թ. They matched my daughter with reading specialist Mary and she is wonderful! My 10 year old daughter feels happy after her sessions and believes her tutor has already helped her.

Certified Tutor

I am from Edmonds, WA. I went to high school at Lakeside in Seattle, and I did my undergrad at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. I've loved science since I was a little kid (I was that weird girl playing with dirt and rocks during recess). I did what I like to call the "Nerd Trifecta" in high school: math team, knowledge bowl, and science olympiad. I've tutored since I was in middle school, and I love finding an explanation or analogy to help someone else really grasp a concept!
I'm applying to grad school now, and in my spare time I love cooking and baking (it's vaguely scientific, right?). I rowed in high school and college, so I know all about the difficulties of balancing school and extracurriculars. Now I do yoga and run, sporadically.
