I am a recent graduate from the University of Connecticut (Uconn) specifically the Avery Point campus. From this university I received a Bachelors of General studies, where I focused on child development, women's studies, and psychology. After I graduated in 2022 I began working privately as a nanny for a child with special needs and working as a paraprofessional with many different kinds of needs in the second and third grades. My passion for helping students comes from being a child who struggled themselves and wanting to see those children who need a little more support start to flourish.
I tutor in the basic subjects for elementary students (math, reading, and writing.) I am very passionate about my college level studies in child development and psychology. An education is something all students deserve to have access to and even more importantly, the correct supports to be able to fully access the materials. In my free time I enjoy reading, yoga and spending time with my dog.
