I am a graduate of Fontbonne University, in St Louis, MO. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Cross Categorical Special Education Mild to Moderate Disabilities. I also received my Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies from Mid-America Christian University. I have twelve years of experience as a teacher assistant with special needs students, mostly high school Communication Arts and Reading Strategies classes. I have worked with K-12 special education in summer school. I am passionate about reading and have been trained to teach reading strategy programs. I believe all students have the ability to learn. I take pleasure in helping a student reach their learning goals
