Certified Tutor

My passion in life is to share the beauty of mathematics with anyone who is willing to hear about it. I have been tutoring for 8 years in various math courses, both as a private tutor and in my university's math department help sessions nightly. As well I am currently a substitute math teacher for a local private school.

I will be graduating with my bachelors in mathematics in May, and plan to go into a masters in teaching program in July. Teaching brings me joy like nothing else does, and I teach every opportunity I get. If you are trying to understand why you should care about the math you're learning, then I think you'll find my style of teaching useful as I think learning happens best when you understand it's purpose.
