As an outstanding Modern Foreign Language teacher with significant track record of ,academic success and exemplary teaching methods, I know that I have the ability to motivate and inspire students to help drive standards higher to help create outstanding opportunities for students of all abilities.

GCSE and A-level results for my students have always been in the top quintile each year- 90% and above. I strongly believe in diagnostic teaching and I have detailed understanding of my students' strengths and weaknesses, based on my robust tracking system and constant analysis of data. The success of my students' performance emanates from my high expectations, challenging underperformances, organizing intervention sessions and sharing the vision. Engaging with families is also vital to securing the best outcomes. I have strong understanding of data analysis, and progress tracking; I have taken in student progress intervention sessions identifying areas for improvement and designing clear intervention strategies to close the gap in attainment and progress between students from disadvantaged backgrounds and other students.
