I graduated from Texas Christian University with a bachelor's in news and media studies and a minor in writing. I then continued on at TCU to earn my master's in strategic communication. Currently, I am at the University of North Texas pursuing my master's in teaching with certifications in early childhood through sixth grade and English as a second language. While going to school, I have worked in content writing and editing. I have seven years of experience working with students, including one year of tutoring and two as a college teaching assistant. I tutor a variety of subjects, and my specialty is elementary subjects. Additionally, since I have educational and work experience in writing, I am equipped to tutor all levels of writing. I am passionate about education and believe in the power of learning. I firmly believe that each student is capable of success, and I am eager to guide them on their path to achievement. In my free time, I enjoy figure skating, watching football and baseball, volunteering in my community, and reading.
